Uhm what can I say?? Watch needs improvement. Calls dont go through even when I'm feet away from it. Messages come in in random order. The watch handle comes off super easy and dont latch securely. The idea of if would be amazing if the features worked as they should. When pressing an app you have to press kind of hard so it cam come up but it you press too hard something else comes up and it's hard to go back. The customer service also needs improvement. Took me a week of messaging every day to request a refund....still waiting for confirmation of refund. Gave it 2 star just because I like the idea of it and if it worked fine it would be perfect.

We gave the smartwatch to our son to feel more secure when he goes to school, and it works perfectly. The location, calls, and text messages all work flawlessly. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been asking me to have a cell phone for a while, but the truth is I don't feel comfortable because of the information on the internet. I was one of the lucky to receive a beta testing unit. The soymomo teams rocks they would fix anything in 1-2 days. Now that product is just too good.
My little boy feels safe and enjoys asking questions to the HeyMomo he has been learning a lot about plants lastly.
