Download the
app for parents
Download the "SoyMomo" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Click on the store you need.
Charge the watch
Open the box and find the charger cable.
Connect the cable to the adapter and insert it into the base of the SoyMomo watch.
Plug the adapter into a wall outlet and leave the watch charging for 2 hours.
Create a user in the app
- Open the "SoyMomo" app for parents.
- Create a user account. This step is important for securing access to your kid's information. Please write down your user and password in case you need it in the future. We strongly recommend using a personal email not a work related email.
Insert the SIM card
- Use the plastic hook inside the box to remove the tray for the SIM card.
- Carefully insert the SIM card into the tray, ensuring it is in the correct position.
- Insert the tray back into the watch.
Link the watch
to the app
- Once the user account is created, select the option to add/link a new watch to your account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.

Check the watch's
signal
- Ensure the watch is turned on and charged.
- Check that the watch recognizes the SIM card and has signal by looking at the top bar on the watch screen. The SoyMomo watch just any other phone needs reception to work properly, send gps location and make calls.
